The Third Annual Heroes Hearthstone 5K/10K RUCK, RAIN OR SHINE will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION: $25 per person
IN-PERSON REGISTRATION: $30 per person
DISCOUNT REGISTRATION: $15 per person*
*To qualify for discount registration you must be a Veteran, First Responder, Student, or bring a group of 5 or more.
Each registration includes Heroes Hearthstone Drawstring Backpack, Participation Medal, and Runner's Bib.

Rucking, also known as ruck marching, is a low-intensity exercise in which you add weight to your back while walking or hiking. Although not required, we encourage those able, to simply add weight to a backpack before walking. Rucking can help you burn calories and build strength - more so than ordinary walks or hikes.
The Heroes Hearthstone 5K/10K Ruck, Rain or Shine is a non-competitive ruck where you may choose from a 5K or 10K course. You will not be officially timed nor have a carried ruck-weight requirement. You will, however, earn a finisher's award.
We started the Ruck, Rain or Shine event to raise awareness of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and in turn lessen the stigma surrounding it, so that we may begin conversations of healing and growth.
